All Ready Made Rookies are shipped within 2 business days. Jackets made in the Stitch Bar will be crafted and shipped within 4-7 business days. All packages are shipped via Canada Post.

damaged or faulty goods

All of our jackets are made from thrifted denim, which means each one is unique and may show minor signs of wear, such as faded areas, small imperfections, or removed brand tags. These variations are part of the charm of upcycled fashion and are not considered defects.

We thoroughly inspect each jacket before sending it out, but if your item arrives with a significant flaw not mentioned in the product description, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order—we’ll do our best to make it right!

Spelling of names on custom jackets are at the discretion of the buyer. Please double check all spelling before submitting your order.

DUTY/Import FEES

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and are not included in our shipping fees.
